These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cardless Club loyalty system (“Service”) provided by Times Six (Pty) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By subscribing, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Cardless Club provides a digital loyalty system enabling merchants to:
Create and manage a loyalty “Place”
Issue stamps digitally by scanning customer QR codes
Issue and redeem digital reward cards
Add staff members to issue/ redeem on behalf of the merchant
Access reporting (stamps, redemptions, staff activity)
The Service is delivered solely through our website and related infrastructure.
We do not supply physical cards, hardware, or printed materials.
3.1 Billing Model
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Paystack through Paid Memberships Pro.
3.2 Minimum Term
Each new subscription has a minimum 3-month commitment.
3.3 Non-Refundable
All payments are non-refundable, except when the Service has a continuous outage for 45 days.
3.4 Discounts & Coupons
At our discretion, merchants may be offered discounts via Paid Memberships Pro coupons.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.6 Failure to Pay
If payment fails:
7-day grace period
After 7 days, your loyalty Place and all staff accounts are suspended until payment resumes.
By using Cardless Club, you agree:
Not to misuse the system
To ensure staff comply with these Terms
To use customer QR data only for stamp/redemption purposes
Not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our platform
To ensure your content, logos, and trade marks are legally yours
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
You may upload:
Logo
Images
Brand colours
Loyalty reward titles and descriptions
Terms & Conditions for your reward
You confirm:
You own all content
You grant us permission to display it
You understand we do not claim ownership or rights
We do not use your content outside the context of the loyalty platform.
You acknowledge that:
You do not have access to customer email addresses
You cannot export customer data
All interactions occur strictly through loyalty scans
You alone are responsible for honouring rewards you define
We strive for 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or upstream outages.
If our hosting or API providers experience downtime, we are not liable for resulting losses.
A separate formal SLA is included below in Page 8.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime
We do not guarantee customer conversions or revenue
We are not liable for:
business losses
data loss
indirect or consequential damages
loss of profits
staff misuse
Total liability is limited to the value of one month’s subscription.
We may suspend or terminate merchant accounts immediately if:
Terms are violated
Fraud is detected
Abuse of the system occurs
Illegal activity is identified
We may also terminate the service with 30 days’ notice.
You agree:
All disputes first go to arbitration (South Africa).
If unresolved, disputes may proceed to South African courts.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will notify merchants by email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
